Philippe’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, estate planning and general corporate matters. His experience includes advising clients in corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and dispositions of shares and business assets. Philippe regularly advises clients in the area of purchase and sale of residential, commercial and condominium properties. He also works with mineral companies in advising them on real estate and mineral title acquisitions, joint ventures, project development and financing.
Philippe is a registered Trade-mark agent with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and advises clients on matters including the registration, protection, licensing and enforcement of intellectual property.
Philippe completed his undergraduate degree in philosophy in 2002 at the Université de Moncton. After obtaining his L.L.B. from the Université de Moncton in 2005 he was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 2006. Philippe is a member of the Saint John Law Society, New Brunswick Law Society, and the Canadian Bar Association.
Philippe practices in both official languages.
Originally from Tracadie-Sheila, Philippe lives in Quispamsis with his wife Christine and their daughter Jasmine. Philippe enjoys being involved in the community. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Saint John Boys & Girls Club. Philippe is also involved in the local francophone community with la Fondation Samuel-de-Champlain.
